Denture repairs are usually very easy for your dentist to do, but
COUNTLESS dentures have been ruined by people trying to
make repairs to their broken dentures with Crazy Glue and similar
products.The problem is that the glue actually welds itself to the
denture material, and if the pieces are not perfectly aligned, there is
a permanent distortion. Your dentist can fix your denture easily and
at a very reasonable cost. If you "stick it together with glue" you run
the risk of ruining the denture and having to have it replaced (VERY
EXPENSIVE) or having to have it cut apart, sent off to a dental
laboratory and re-worked (also very expensive and time-consuming;
you could be without your denture for several days). Most dentists
can do most denture repairs in the dental office the same day, and at
much less cost.
